Follow I-40/440 East around Raleigh and take the exit for 70 East. Take 70 East all the way through Morehead City to the Atlantic Beach exit. Go over the bridge and continue to the first set of stop lights. Turn right onto highway 58 and about 3/4 of a mile ahead on the right is the Food Lion parking lot. Festiva Resorts Welcome Center is the only free standing building in the parking lot. From Fayetteville : Take Highway 24 East to Cape Carteret and at turn right onto highway 58.
